About Me
I was 10 years old when my mother looked me square in the eyes, with intent and meaning and the underscore of wisdom, to say I should write ads one day.

I thought, “Fuck that, I’m gonna be an elephant trainer,” and forgot about it entirely right up until I stumbled on an ad school application over a decade later.
It’s honestly hard to find the words to describe how much I love waking up to do this job. But don’t worry—finding the words is rarely a problem I’ll have otherwise.

I’m so into what we do. I also really care about how we do it. Like, even when I'm not, and even when I don't.

I think advertising is cool, and interesting, and a challenge.
I know it has the potential to change something, any time we do it right.
(Plus, who else will pay me to spend 3 hours writing and rewriting and rewriting a masterfully simple Instagram caption, peppered with unnecessarily thoughtful emojis?)

Don’t hesitate to reach out. Or hesitate a little, but then play it cool and confident and act like you totally don’t even care.

Also please don’t tell my mom about this! She still thinks I work at a bank or something, and we can't give her the satisfaction of being right again.

To be continued... (Is that good marketing or what?)
